Honestly, I feel that art thieves receive little or no punishment. Granted some of these art thieves are clueless 13 to 15 year olds (and perhaps younger). Still, none of them will learn if they don't get punished.

Now I'm not saying to literally physically beat them (or throw death threats at them), I don't condone that. This stamp is just for amusement, and that you don't like art thieves. :)
